Letter of Recommendation Requests
If you had courses with Dr. Malott and think he may have good things to say about you, then you may request a letter of recommendation for grad school, scholarships, etc.
Please fill out the following form (forms are also available on the door to the BATS lab, 2536 Wood Hall and in the course packs for any of Dr. Malott's classes): LOR REQUEST FORM
Return the completed form with ALL of the required materials to:
Graduate mailbox "B"-in the Psychology Department's main office (3rd floor of Wood Hall), or the mailbox labeled "Matt" in the BATS Lab (2536 Wood Hall).
