Behavior Analyst/Clinical Director 

We are a non-public agency in the San Francisco Bay Area looking to add to our fabulous clinical team. Our clients consist of children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, both in school and in home programs.

Currently we need a full-time (40 hours/wk) Clinical Director with a Master's Degree / BCBA (or working towards it) to help us with many exciting contracts in the Fremont area:

- School behavior consultation and behavioral aide supervision
- In-home ABA program supervision
- Group parent training

We are focused on making ABA REAL for families. We are looking for a person who can make Behavior Analysis truly applied in a unique and useful way for each individual family, yet maintain the integrity of the fundamental principals.

Please be an excellent communicator/listener, available to work evenings, have reliable transportation, willing to drive to locations within Alameda County, willing to work as a team, and be highly organized.

Candidates MUST have a Master's Degree (in a relevant field) and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (or pursuing this certification). Physical Demands: sitting, kneeling, squatting, lifting up to 50 lbs, running, twisting and turning, reaching above shoulders; frequent physical transitions.

Total Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 DOE
