(ROI) is a CARF accredited non-profit organization employing over 400 staff and serving over 400 adults and children with disabilities through the operation of residential programs and the Great Lakes Center for Autism Treatment and Research (GLC), as well as programs in supported living, affordable rental housing, and representative payee services.  We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Behavioral Technician
Full and part time positions to provide one-on-one instruction and support to children and adolescents with autism and severe behavioral challenges served by the Great Lakes Center for Autism Treatment and Research Intensive Treatment Program.  Duties include:  implementing behavioral interventions; assisting individuals in obtaining greater independence and community participation; and providing personal and/or medical assistance as needed. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available.  Hourly wage begins at $13.76, adjusted for experience.

Applied Behavior Analysis Tutor
Part time positions to provide direct behavioral services and one-on-one instruction to children and adolescents with autism served by the Great Lakes Center for Autism Treatment and Research Outpatient Services Programs.   Duties include:  providing instruction with respect to specific skill building goals; role modeling appropriate behaviors; providing personal assistance as needed; and promoting supportive relationships with children and parents.   Day and evening shifts available.  Hourly wage begins at $12.76, adjusted for experience.

Direct Support Professional
Full and part time entry level staff positions providing long-term, direct care services to assist adults with developmental and physical disabilities lead full and rewarding lives in community settings.  Duties include:  supporting individuals in making day-to-day choices that lead to greater independence and community participation; providing personal, medical, and/or behavior management assistance as needed; and teaching and role modeling appropriate behaviors and daily living skills.  High school diploma / GED required.  Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available.  Hourly wage begins at $10.00, adjusted for experience.
