New Way Day Services, Inc. is currently seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts in the South Florida area to deliver services to children with autism (age range from 1 ½ to 12 years old on average).
Salary & Insurance:
Salary will be dependent on the experience of the analyst. For an analyst who has less than one-year post certification, he or she will qualify for Up to 70% of the reimbursement from the insurance company.
Signing bonus from $1500.00 to $3000. with 6-month commitment.
Health benefits available. Analysts with less than two years’ experience, must meet with the clinical administrator in order to review their casework (feedback and assistance).
Requirements for the BCBA position:
Applicants should have experience with implementing functional behavior assessments (Interview tools & Sequence Analysis) and verbal assessments (ABLLS-R preferred) with children within the Autism Spectrum Disorder.Applicants should have a strong clinical background in establishing treatment plan based curriculums through verbal and functional assessments.The analyst should have the supervisor credentials established by Behavior Analysis Certification Board and be in good standing.The analyst will be required to provide parent training, line staff supervision and case oversight or just line staff supervision (RBT or BCaBA candidates), but must be credentialed by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board as a supervisor.The analyst must have the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/goals for self and others.The analyst must provide feedback to his or her case managers in the creation of materials, development of Behavior Analysis Support Plan, Parent training Plans (Verbal modules and Training procedures).
Please note if you are only providing RBT and supervised experience to a Board-Certified Behavior Analysts or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Candidate, this will not apply to you.The analyst must have a reliable tablet in order to submit notes and review data electronically via the practice management system. A reliable data plan is also a requirement.
The analyst is responsible to track the progress of the child, make adjustments to the treatment plan via the electronic recommendation system if applicable. Case management assistance will be offered.The analyst must have effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels.The analyst must carry the adequate professional liability.
Requirements for the BCaBA position:
Applicants must have a valid certification as a Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst under the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.Applicants must be willing to assist with supervision of cases under the Supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analyst for RBTs.Analyst must be able to submit his or her monthly documentation to his or her supervisor.The analyst must have a reliable tablet in order to submit notes and review data electronically via the practice management system. A reliable data plan is also a requirement.The analyst is responsible to track the progress of the child, make adjustments to the treatment plan via the electronic recommendation system if applicable and communicate with his or supervisor. Work closely with case management in the development of Behavior Analysis Support Plan, Verbal Modules, etc.The analyst must have Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels.The analyst must carry the adequate Professional Liability.The analyst must attend mandatory trainings with his or her supervisor regarding guidelines to service.

Case management assistance in all insurance updates or write ups and Behavior Analysis Support Plans (BASP) including competency checks for parental and/or staff training. For those applicants who lack experience in the delivery of the service, the agency will be willing to train.
