Currently seeking a full time BCBA to provide direct intervention to a 4.5 year old boy with global developmental delay in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The ideal candidate should have a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special education, or related field and 3 years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum. A BCBA is required. The therapist should be outgoing/enthusiastic, self-motivated, patient, organized, and able to work independently. The therapist will also be expected to conduct assessments (e.g., FBA’s, AFLS, etc.), develop treatment plans, attend/facilitate IEP meetings, and train both parents and staff.
The family is looking for a therapist willing to sign a 1-2 year contract. Private, fully furnished housing and transportation will be provided, along with a competitive salary based on experience. Paid time off includes 15 vacation days, 10 sick days, 3 professional development days, and all public holidays.
