Full-time BCBA role in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – $75k-$85k tax free pa

ABA Tutor Finder are searching on behalf of a family in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia searching for a full time ABA therapist on the ABA programme setup at home and in school for their 8-year old son who has a diagnosis of autism. The child is enrolled at an international school and is currently in 2nd grade alongside his peers following the American curriculum.

Candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and have a BCBA certification. This position will commence in Spring 2020 (flexible start date available).

Duties and Responsibilities:

·       ·Responsible for co-developing and implementing the behaviour support plan and will work alongside an Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist and school team.

·       Collect data and communicate with the family and team.

·       Data input and Graphing

·       Oversee day-to-day management of learners’ programs, including making materials and completing relevant paperwork

·       Participate in regular assessment and treatment meetings

Compensation and Benefits Package:

·       Tax-Free Salary $75k-$85k+ USD p.a. (negotiable and based on experience)

Full-time ABA therapist / BCBA role – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – $100k pa

ABA Tutor Finder are searching for an experienced male ABA therapist, to work on an ABA-VB programme with a 16-year-old boy with a diagnosis of ASD in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of 3 years ‘in field’ experience. In addition, we are looking for someone who shows initiative, enthusiasm and experienced working in a multi-disciplinary team. Report writing is important, so fluency in English is essential.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Set and Implement Program Targets

·       Data input and Graphing

·       Organise and maintain the teaching environment, and instructional activities

·       Participate in assessment and treatment meetings

·       Review and provide feedback on progress reports

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

·       Certification: BCBA or BCaBA

·       Expertise in Verbal Behaviour. Ideally would have at least 3 years’ experience in supervising high quality Verbal Behaviour programs and adopting them to individual programs.

·       Experience of working and coordinating within a multidisciplinary team

Clinical Director role at ABA centre – Jeddah, KSA

ABA Tutor Finder are searching for a BCBA Consultant to work as a Clinical Director for a newly set up children’s centre in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Applicants should possess a BCBA qualification and have 2+ years of managerial experience. The Clinical Director position will require extensive experience working in the field of ABA working and in multi-disciplinary teams alongside Speech and Language and Occupational Therapists.

Any applicants should be experienced in the VB-MAPP and have a history of conducting evaluations, constructing individualised programs based on the evaluations, training staff to implement the programs and refining the programs as needed. An applicant should have experience training ABA/VB programs and training someone from a direct care position up to a behaviour analyst.

Job Description:

Supervise a team of ABA, S&L and OT therapists, implementing quality ABA/VB based services in both a centre based clinical setting as well as in the community. In this position, the Clinical Supervisor will be responsible to supervise all of the direct 1:1 therapists implementing the programs. In addition, performing assessments and intakes as well as supporting the various activities, projects, and programs requiring knowledge in behaviour analysis including developing trainings.

Job Requirements:

Education: Masters or Higher

Certification: BCBA
Experience: Have at least 5 years’ experience working with children with autism including those who are non-verbal and experience supervising a team of therapists.

Skill Based Requirements:

1.     Expertise in ABA/VB. Expertise in implementing ABA/VB programs for children with autism, with the ability to see the big picture and program appropriately, train direct care staff to implement the programs and share with parents the future direction and progress clients have made.

2.     Expertise in Verbal Behaviour. Ideally would have at least 3 years’ experience in supervising high Quality Verbal Behaviour programs and adopting them to individual programs.

3.     Able to effectively train staff. Ability to train upcoming therapists and supervisors, shaping their behaviours and increasing their skills both within the program.

4.     Excellent Communicator. Effective communicator both written and verbally with parents and therapists, and all levels of administration.

5.     BCBA Supervision: Have experience in effectively providing supervision for employees who are seeking to achieve certification as a Behaviour Analyst.
